About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor for its Permanency team. The Supervisor leads and supports case managers and support workers who help children reunite with their families or find permanent homes through adoption. The role involves collaborating with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the services and support they need. Training is provided.

Requirements

• An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human services field, four years of direct service or case management experience, and BSRB licensure.
• Compassion and strong managerial skills.
• Commitment to empowering staff to support families and children in building healthy, lasting relationships.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers.
• Help children reunite with their families or find permanent homes through adoption.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive needed services and support.
