About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor for its Permanency team. The Supervisor leads and supports case managers and support workers who help children reunite with their families or find permanent homes through adoption. The role collaborates with court systems and case managers to ensure families receive the services and support they need. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• An advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field; or a bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human services field, four years of direct service or case management experience, and BSRB licensure.
• Compassion and strong managerial skills.
• Commitment to empowering staff to support families and children in building healthy, lasting relationships.
• Complete the Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers.
