About The Position

The Supervisor oversees accounts in an assigned area, ensuring cleaning services meet established standards and are completed on time. The role includes managing customer relationships and issues, inspecting service areas, coordinating and training cleaning staff, hiring employees, and maintaining cleaning-supply inventories. The Supervisor also performs janitorial duties when staffing shortages occur and may take on other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts in the assigned area, meet with customers, and resolve issues.
• Perform quality-control checks of service areas.
• Ensure services meet established standards and are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate cleaners’ schedules.
• Interview and hire cleaning staff.
• Provide training to assigned staff.
• Ensure cleaning-supply inventories in the assigned area meet company standards.
• Perform janitorial duties when staff shortages occur.
• Perform other duties as needed.
