About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Phoenix Premium Outlets, you will support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain visual store standards, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager. You will perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The posted pay range is USD $17.75 to $24.38 per hour.
