About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets, you support the management team in delivering a strong customer experience and achieving desired results. You share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while helping create a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The position reports to the Store Manager.

The Supervisor supports sales and business growth, engages customers to build relationships and brand loyalty, models excellent customer service, and helps ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met. The role also includes accountability for assigned tasks and results, learning and sharing ideas about the business, maintaining a positive and professional work environment, processing POS transactions on designated shifts, and performing supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

This part-time position pays USD $12.75–$17.50 per hour. It may require occasional travel to other store locations and requires the ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business is preferred.
