About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets, you will support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager. You will perform POS transactions during designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers and build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Model the desired customer experience for team members.
• Help ensure store merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to support a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
