About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Gloucester Premium Outlets, you support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and delivering desired results. You share responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while helping create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager.

You support sales and business growth, demonstrate product knowledge and selling and operational skills, and engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty. You help ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met, perform POS transactions on designated shifts, and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve occasional travel to other store locations if needed.
