About The Position
As a Part-Time Supervisor, you support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving desired results. You help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager. The supervisor supports sales and business growth, demonstrates product knowledge and selling and operational skills, engages customers to build relationships and brand loyalty, and helps ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met. The role includes performing POS transactions on designated shifts and carrying out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position is part-time and requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Occasional travel to other store locations may be required. The role may require bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.

- Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
