About The Position

Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Full-Time Stock Supervisor. The role helps drive results and enhance the customer experience by maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working and shopping environment. The Stock Supervisor executes company-defined best practices in stock and non-selling work centers, including replenishment, shipment processing, receiving, and maintaining visual display standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrate role comprehension, reliability, adaptability, and effective communication.
• Have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers.
• Be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising the sales floor, and use ladders or stairs.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, which could include overnight, evening, weekend, and call-in shifts.

• Prior retail and stock experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure all sizes and styles are represented.
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to Vince standards and safety requirements.
• Follow company standards for merchandise presentation and display.
• Maintain store housekeeping.
• Safeguard store inventory by adhering to the company’s loss prevention program.
• Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
