About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor at Merrimack Premium Outlets, you support the management team in delivering a positive customer experience and achieving business results. You help execute store operations, maintain an appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The position reports to the Store Manager. You may perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The stated pay range is USD $15.00 to $20.50 per hour.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business is preferred.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required, if needed.

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers and build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Serve as a role model for the customer experience.
• Help ensure merchandising and operational store standards are consistently met.
• Take accountability for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to support a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
