About The Position
As a Part-Time Supervisor at Denver Premium Outlets, you will support the management team in delivering a strong customer experience and achieving business results. You will help execute store operations, maintain an appealing store, and foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager. The role involves supporting sales and business growth, demonstrating product and selling knowledge, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, and helping maintain merchandising and operational standards. You will also perform point-of-sale transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. It may involve occasional travel to other store locations. The role includes bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

- Help ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.

- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
