About The Position

Chili’s Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu, explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction. Servers must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
