About The Position
The Part-Time Store Supervisor supports the management team in creating a strong customer experience and achieving business results. The role shares responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The supervisor helps foster a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers, and reports to the Store Manager.
Requirements

- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage customers and build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Model the desired customer experience for team members.
- Help ensure store merchandising and operational standards are consistently met.
- Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
- Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
- Perform point-of-sale transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
