Part-Time Store Supervisor - Tanger Outlets
About The Position
As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating the best customer experience and delivering desired results. You will share responsibility for executing assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. You will help create a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager and is based at the Tanger Outlets store in San Marcos, Texas. The position requires a competitive, team-oriented, self-motivated approach; a sense of urgency; and adaptability to change and additional responsibilities. You will support sales growth, customer engagement, store standards, and team effectiveness. Availability must be flexible to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
- Model the desired customer experience for team members.
- Support the management team in consistently meeting merchandising and operational standards.
- Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
- Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
