About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating a positive customer experience and achieving desired results. You will help execute store operations, maintain a visually appealing store, and foster an environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The role reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers, build relationships and brand loyalty, and use company tools.
• Model the customer experience for team members.
• Help ensure merchandising and operational standards are met consistently.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the Store Manager’s absence.
