About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the Levi’s® store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate helps maintain store productivity during high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The associate helps maintain the store’s appearance through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping; assists with bagging purchases at the register; follows Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs as well as store management directives; and performs other tasks as needed. The position is part-time and seasonal, based in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
