About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, proactive, open-minded approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position at the Tanger Outlets Riverhead location in Riverhead, New York.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform ongoing standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
