About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports store productivity during peak periods and involves basic customer service, maintaining store appearance, assisting at the register, and following store policies and management directives.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule that meets store needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform ongoing standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in line with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
