About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi's® store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and supports store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive person who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
