About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. The associate reports to the Store Manager and works with the store team. The role calls for a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive person who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The associate supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods; provides basic customer service; helps maintain store appearance through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping; assists with bagging purchases at the register; and follows store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. This part-time seasonal position is located at the Levi's store at Tanger Outlets Columbus in Sunbury, Ohio. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour and varies based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and providing general assistance.
- Maintain store appearance in line with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
