About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal, part-time Store Sales Associate to support the Levi’s® store at Tanger Outlets Sevierville during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and supports store productivity, presentation, and checkout operations. The role requires a consumer-centric, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and regularly standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be at least 16 years old.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain the store’s appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
