About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during peak periods, and helps maintain the store’s appearance and visual presentation. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time seasonal position at the Tanger Outlets Charleston store in North Charleston, South Carolina. The schedule is flexible and may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including Black Friday. Compensation ranges from $12.00 to $19.95 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and climb ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain the store’s appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
