About The Position

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and create authentic connections with customers. The associate guides customers through their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge, while helping maintain an organized, attractive sales floor. Working collaboratively with the store team, the associate supports personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment.
