About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you serve as a brand ambassador by building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an organized, attractive sales floor and collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences in an inviting store environment. You use available technology to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, stay informed about company priorities and promotions, and partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations. The position is regular, part-time, at the Tanger at Charleston store in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Requirements

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
