About The Position

The Part-Time Supervisor supports the management team in creating a positive customer experience and achieving desired business results. The role also shares responsibility for assigned store operations and maintaining an appealing store environment. The supervisor helps create a positive workplace that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The position reports to the Store Manager and requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
Engage customers and build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
Model the desired customer experience for team members.
Support consistent store merchandising and operational standards.
Take accountability for assigned tasks and results.
Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive it forward.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and carry out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
