About The Position
The Supervisor contributes as an integral member of the store management team, supporting successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to promote brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team by helping grow sales, coaching team members, managing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming shopping environment. The role requires strong people skills, the ability to support and coach store associates, compliance with store policies and management directives, and consistent achievement of store and individual sales and performance goals. The position is based at the Levi’s Outlet at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, California, and is full time.
Requirements
- Strong people skills and ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
- Ability to comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
- Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
- Support and coach store associates to perform their work effectively.
- Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
