About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor for its Levi’s® Outlet Store in Leesburg, Virginia. The role directs and leads retail strategies and executes store operations to support financial growth and sustained brand equity. The Supervisor helps drive sales and store performance while coaching associates, maintaining product knowledge, and handling key store operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of retail work experience in place of a degree.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a store management position.
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates.
• Strong apparel experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills, including working directly with senior-level directors.
• Strong communication skills across channels.
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and passion and interest in LS & Co.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established store sales and performance goals daily.
• Model sales performance for retail associates.
• Coach employees and ensure associates are fully trained on product knowledge.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Open and close the store.
• Manage inventory.
