About The Position

The Store Supervisor directs and leads retail strategies and executes store operations to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity. The role supports Levi’s® Outlet Store in Leesburg, Virginia, and includes leading sales performance, coaching associates, and managing core store activities. The company seeks someone energetic and positive, with strong apparel and customer service experience, who can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; five or more years of retail work experience may be substituted for a degree.
• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a store management position.
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates.
• Strong apparel experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment and handle last-minute changes without becoming frustrated.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to work directly with senior-level directors.
• Excellent communication skills across channels.
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
• Energetic, positive, and helpful demeanor, with passion and interest in LS&Co.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established daily store sales and performance goals.
• Model sales performance for retail associates.
• Coach employees and ensure associates are fully trained on product knowledge.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Open and close the store.
• Manage inventory.
