About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role is part-time and based at the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, California. The associate supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods; provides basic customer service; helps maintain store appearance through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping; assists with bagging purchases at the register; and follows store policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. The position requires schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays such as Black Friday. Candidates must have reliable transportation, be at least 16 years old, and be able to meet the stated physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
