About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an engaging seasonal sales associate to support its Levi’s® store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service, supports store productivity during peak periods, helps maintain the store’s appearance, and assists at the register. The role requires a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays such as Black Friday.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
