About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal Store Sales Associate to support the Levi's® store at Camarillo Premium Outlets during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate provides basic customer service and helps maintain store productivity and appearance during peak, high-volume periods. The role is part-time and requires a flexible schedule that can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The associate supports customers, replenishes and recovers merchandise, follows visual presentation and housekeeping standards, assists with bagging purchases at the register, and follows store policies and management directives. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and be able to meet the stated physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
- Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
- Maintain the store's appearance according to visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
- Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
- Comply with Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives from store management.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
