About The Position
Plum Creek is seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to manage a team of MIG welders on a production line. The role involves supervising employees performing welding tasks, managing hand tools and welding equipment, conducting quality inspections, and working with sheet metal, tubing, and channel.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret spec books.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Experience working with hand tools.
- Basic understanding of sheet metal fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Three years of manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
