About The Position

The Car Wash Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a busy car wash facility and ensures customers receive a high level of service. The role includes supervising and training attendants, maintaining service quality and facility safety, managing supplies and equipment, and preparing operational reports. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise car wash attendants to ensure they follow company policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager to meet business needs.
