About The Position

The Car Wash Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a busy car wash facility and ensures customers receive a high level of service. This role supervises and trains car wash attendants, maintains quality and safety standards, manages supplies and equipment, and prepares reports for management. The supervisor may also perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise car wash attendants to ensure they follow company policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager to meet business needs.
