About The Position

The Car Wash Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a busy car wash facility and helps ensure customers receive a high level of service. The role includes supervising and training attendants, maintaining quality control, managing supplies and equipment, and keeping the facility clean, organized, and safe. The supervisor also prepares operational reports and performs other duties assigned to meet business needs. The listed salary is $15–$16 per hour, with compensation described as up to $16 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise car wash attendants to ensure they follow company policies and procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
• Train new staff members in car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager to meet business needs.
