About The Position

Summit Wash Holdings is hiring a Supervisor for its NEW Speeders Car Wash location in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The Supervisor will manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants and help deliver exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. The role calls for attention to detail, a strong drive to achieve results, and a willingness to work outdoors in all conditions and take a hands-on approach. Supervisory experience is required; car wash experience is preferred, and the company is willing to train the successful candidate in the car wash industry.

This position has a 40-hour work week that includes evenings and weekends. The hourly rate is $20. Applicants must complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment for their application to move forward in the review process.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have at least 1 year of successful supervisory experience.
• Have highly developed communication skills.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Be able to remain on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Be mobile in work areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Be capable of and willing to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold weather.
• Complete the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives.
• Represent the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and stay alert to potential hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability.
• Resolve customer and membership issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate concerns to Management and Human Resources when appropriate.
• Train employees who are not meeting the company’s standards.
• Provide new employees with the tools they need to be successful.
• Manage a team of Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service.
