Supervisor
About The Position
Springwell is seeking a supervisor to provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff in its Senior Care Options and One Care Programs. Staff conduct home visits, assess individuals’ needs, and coordinate and monitor services. These interdisciplinary programs work closely with contracted private health insurance companies. The supervisor trains staff, provides timely performance feedback, and ensures that services comply with program regulations and agency expectations. Springwell works to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in living at home with dignity and independence, and describes its workplace as supportive and open, with a commitment to equal opportunity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the social services field.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience in the Home Care program, Senior Care Options program, or Information & Referral.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff working in the Senior Care Options and One Care Programs.
