About The Position

Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Supervisor, WCD Programs to oversee case management teams supporting participants on their path to employment. The role ensures program excellence, compliance, and participant success through leadership and collaboration. The supervisor develops staff, monitors participant progress and program records, manages budgets and supportive services, and builds partnerships. The role may also provide direct case management support as needed to balance caseloads.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in workforce development or social services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Nonprofit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Specialists, Coaches, and Assistants delivering workforce services.
• Monitor participant progress, data accuracy, and documentation quality.
• Manage program budgets, supportive service requests, and file reviews.
• Build relationships with training providers, funders, and community partners.
• Provide direct case management support when needed to balance caseloads.
