About The Position

The Supervisor - Three Meal leads and supports restaurant operations at the Greenville Embassy Suites. This hands-on role supervises restaurant team members and helps deliver smooth, exceptional guest service across shifts. The supervisor addresses guest concerns, ensures opening and closing duties are completed, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and assists restaurant associates as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or the ability to earn them within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.
• Must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
