About The Position
The Bartender at the Richardson Renaissance crafts and serves beverages while providing welcoming, attentive guest service. The role includes responsible alcohol service in accordance with liquor laws and company policies, maintaining and restocking the bar, preparing garnishes, completing opening and closing duties, handling cash and tip reporting, and maintaining sanitation and food-safety standards. Candidates should have at least six months of bartending experience, with a hospitality background preferred. Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications are required or must be completed within 60 days. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for the duration of a shift, and work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
