About The Position

The clinical supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing, and scheduling clinical personnel within clinic locations. The role oversees the day-to-day clinical activities of a medical office practice and collaborates with care team members to meet patient needs. In partnership with site leadership, the supervisor evaluates clinical staff performance in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting effective business operations. The supervisor works with the site manager on budget recommendations and ensures adherence to clinical policies and procedures. The position maintains cooperative working relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, OSFMG Coordinators, Medical Center personnel, other OSF entities, and external agencies and organizations. The clinical supervisor leads by example, behaves positively and professionally, and advocates for Mission Partners in the practice.

Requirements

Associate's degree or graduation from an accredited RN program.
Two years of experience in a healthcare office setting.
