About The Position

The Clinic Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and first-line supervisory support to a multidisciplinary team of RNs, MAs, and LPNs at Harper Family Medicine. The role supports quality, compassionate patient care and fosters a supportive, professional nursing practice environment. Responsibilities include coordinating care through the nursing process, supervising and documenting patient care and teaching, collaborating with clinical and medical group leaders, and participating in clinic planning and budget development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS or ACLS certification, according to Henry Ford Health policy.
• Two to three years of nursing experience in a clinical environment.
• Successful completion of Henry Ford Ambulatory Orientation.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line management and clinical leadership to a multidisciplinary team.

• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching for patients and families.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, healthcare team, and medical group leaders to maintain a quality practice setting.
• Participate in planning and budget development for the clinic or department.
