About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor for our 87th Avenue location. This role provides day-to-day leadership for phlebotomy staff and oversees blood collection, lab reception and scheduling, specimen processing, and specimen transport. The supervisor will support hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, supply oversight, and student coordination while fostering an efficient, respectful, and patient-focused work environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
WA State MA-Phlebotomist certification required within 90 days of hire.
Completion of an accredited phlebotomy course required.
Minimum of two years of experience using blood drawing techniques in a clinical lab setting required.
Minimum of two years supervisory or lead experience required.
Experience with coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and corrective action.
Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas.
