About The Position

The Phlebotomy Supervisor provides front-line leadership and oversight of phlebotomy operations, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate specimen collection. The role supports staff performance, training, and service excellence across assigned locations. The position reports to the Phlebotomy Manager.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Certification from the National Phlebotomy Association or the American Society for Clinical Pathology is required.
• Ability to interact effectively with peers and internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
