About The Position

SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence company using computer vision to provide checkout-free parking experiences. The Supervisor - Driving assists with day-to-day management of an assigned parking location, ensuring operations follow the location’s contractual guidelines and company policies and procedures. The role supports customer and client satisfaction, promotes positive client relations, and maintains a professional approach to the business. The position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Requirements

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear oral communication, including listening, obtaining clarification, and responding to questions.
• Clear written communication and the ability to read and interpret written information.
• Positive customer-service attitude and responsiveness to service requests and assistance.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays, or unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of assigned parking locations.
• Help ensure parking operations comply with contractual guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist with parking equipment maintenance and repair and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report known accidents, observed or suspected company policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, and oil spills.
• Substitute for any position when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and of nearby major streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
