About The Position

Assist in the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring parking operations follow the location’s contractual guidelines and company policies and procedures. Help foster positive client relations, promote a professional image, and support programs that improve client and customer satisfaction. The role also involves courteously assisting customers, supporting location operations and management duties, and carrying out other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clear oral communication, including listening, seeking clarification, and responding to questions.
• Clear written communication and ability to read and interpret written information.
• Positive customer-service attitude and ability to respond to requests for service and assistance.
• Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events.
• Sound and accurate judgment.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record; must be maintained.
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions, including frequently sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers, handling or feeling objects, and talking; occasionally climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
• Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and respond to service requests.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and other general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report known accidents, observed or suspected policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and similar materials.
• Substitute for any position when necessary.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the garage and of major local streets, landmarks, and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
