About the position
Orchard is seeking a customer and results-focused Inside Sales Associate to join their team. The role involves being the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard, pitching their various service offerings, and scheduling time with potential customers and licensed real estate agents. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, be organized, and able to earn the trust of customers to create an exceptional experience. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Responsibilities include connecting with potential customers, generating new business through sales calls, maintaining a personal database of leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Hold an active real estate license (or an interest in getting licensed within your first three months which Orchard will pay for)
