About the position
The job overview for this role is that the Homebuilder Partnership Manager will be responsible for strengthening alliances with existing home builders at a local and regional level. They will collaborate with various teams within Orchard to increase lead volume and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, implementing strategic initiatives, and supporting shared customers. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Business Development and based in the growing DFW market.
Responsibilities
- Lead home builder sales presentations and effectively communicate Orchard's value proposition
- Educate sales associates on how to utilize Orchard as a tool to drive sales and generate new business
- Manage and cultivate relationships with sales associates in a designated territory
- Serve as the initial point of contact for home builders
- Deepen alliances with existing home builders at a local and regional level
- Collaborate with various teams within Orchard (Underwriting, Customer Experience, Brokerage) to enhance conversion rates
- Implement strategic business initiatives to strengthen partnerships and support shared customers

- 1-2+ years of experience in outside sales, business/corporate development, or management consulting
- Track record of success in quota driven roles
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to travel locally and regionally
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Willingness to adapt to homebuilder's schedule and work various hours, including nights and weekends
