About the position
Orchard is seeking a customer and results-focused Inside Sales Associate to join their team. This full-time, remote role involves connecting with potential customers through various channels, generating new business through sales calls, and maintaining a personal database of leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong drive to deliver results, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
- Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong drive to deliver results and strong follow-up skills
- Excels at cross-functional teamwork and communication
- Hold an active real estate license (or an interest in getting licensed within your first three months which Orchard will pay for)
- Play a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard
- Pitch Orchard's various service offerings to potential customers
- Schedule time with potential customers and a licensed real estate agent
- Share customer learnings to help improve customer service experience
- Play an instrumental role in making the home buying and selling experience easier for customers
- Scale and contribute to the growth of a venture-backed startup
Requirements

- Hold an active real estate license or have an interest in getting licensed within the first three months (Orchard will pay for it)
Benefits
- Pay range of $45,000-$60,000/year
