Success Associate

Orchard is seeking a customer and results-focused Inside Sales Associate to join their team. This full-time, remote role involves connecting with potential customers through various channels, generating new business through sales calls, and maintaining a personal database of leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong drive to deliver results, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and text
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales calls
• Maintain a personal database of leads to work and convert in the future
• Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong drive to deliver results and strong follow-up skills
• Excels at cross-functional teamwork and communication
• Hold an active real estate license (or an interest in getting licensed within your first three months which Orchard will pay for)
• Play a critical role in generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales calls
• Be the first point of contact between homeowners and Orchard
• Pitch Orchard's various service offerings to potential customers
• Schedule time with potential customers and a licensed real estate agent
• Share customer learnings to help improve customer service experience
• Play an instrumental role in making the home buying and selling experience easier for customers
• Scale and contribute to the growth of a venture-backed startup

• Pay range of $45,000-$60,000/year
• Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided
