Part-time substitute teaching role in licensed daycare and preschool centers in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and nearby communities, working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children ages 0–5 rather than K–12 students. Substitute teachers fill in for regular teachers and support children through play and early learning activities. The role does not require a teaching license, lesson planning, grading, or test administration; classroom routines and lesson plans are provided by the center. Workers can choose their own centers, days, and hours. Shifts typically last 4 to 8 hours and take place between 6 AM and 6 PM. Paid training and onboarding are provided. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour, with bonuses and mileage reimbursement for eligible travel.
